{"id":6593,"date":"2025-02-03T07:30:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-03T12:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bakery-distribution.com\/?p=6593"},"modified":"2025-02-02T18:45:59","modified_gmt":"2025-02-02T23:45:59","slug":"sables-coeur-de-la-st-valentin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bakery-distribution.com\/fr\/recettes\/sables-coeur-de-la-st-valentin\/","title":{"rendered":"Sabl\u00e9s c\u0153ur de la St Valentin\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contrairement \u00e0 la France ou la Saint-Valentin est centr\u00e9e sur les couples, aux \u00c9tats-Unis cette f\u00eate c\u00e9l\u00e8bre l\u2019amour et l\u2019amiti\u00e9 sous toutes ses formes : couples, famille, enfants, coll\u00e8gues \u00e9changent cartes et cadeaux divers comme par exemple des biscuits \u00ab&nbsp;fait maison&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/strong> <br><br>Voici donc une recette simple et rapide avec tr\u00e8s peu d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients pour pr\u00e9parer de d\u00e9licieux sabl\u00e9s en forme de c\u0153ur pour la Saint-Valentin ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><em>Recette pour environ 20 sabl\u00e9s \u00e0 la confiture<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Pour la p\u00e2te<\/strong> \u00e0 sabl\u00e9s : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>125 g de beurre&nbsp;(\u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 g de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g de farine de bl\u00e9 T55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Pour la garniture<\/strong> :&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 pot de confiture de framboises, fraise ou groseille (type gel\u00e9e)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre glace (facultatif)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A noter :<\/strong> si vous souhaitez r\u00e9aliser vous-m\u00eame la confiture (ou compot\u00e9e), voici une recette simple\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400g de framboises,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40g de jus de citron,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g de sucre semoule,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2g de&nbsp;pectine NH*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>* <\/em><\/strong><em>Pectine&nbsp;: ingr\u00e9dient qui permet de g\u00e9lifier les confitures, les compot\u00e9es, les pur\u00e9es de fruits.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Compot\u00e9e de framboises&nbsp;:<\/strong><br>M\u00e9langer le sucre et la pectine.<br>\u00c9craser grossi\u00e8rement les framboises \u00e0 la fourchette les chauffer \u00e0 40\u00b0 C environ.<br>Ajouter le m\u00e9lange sucre\/pectine.<br>Cuire environ 2 \u00e0 3 min puis ajouter le jus de citron<br>Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>P\u00e2te \u00e0 sabl\u00e9s :<\/strong><br>Sortir le beurre l\u2019avance, afin qu\u2019il soit mou au moment de pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e.<br>Cette recette peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 la main ou dans le bol d\u2019un robot muni de la feuille.<br>Prendre 80 g d\u2019\u0153ufs (soit un \u0153uf entier + un jaune d\u2019\u0153uf).<br>M\u00e9langer le beurre, le sucre et les \u0153ufs jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<br>Ajouter la farine et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau. Arr\u00eatez d\u00e8s la p\u00e2te est bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9e et forme une boule homog\u00e8ne.<br>D\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te dans un film plastique en \u00e9crasant la p\u00e2te pour obtenir un p\u00e2ton le plus plat possible, il sera ainsi plus facile \u00e0 \u00e9taler.<br>R\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant minimum 2 h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s 2 h, fariner le plan de travail, puis \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te sur un 0,5 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<br>D\u00e9couper les sabl\u00e9s avec un emporte-pi\u00e8ce en forme ronde (dentel\u00e9e ou non).<br>R\u00e9aliser ensuite une nouvelle forme (c\u0153ur par exemple) dans la moiti\u00e9 des sabl\u00e9s (ceux qui seront sur le dessus), de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 faire ensuite ressortir la compot\u00e9e ou confiture.<br><br>Une fois termin\u00e9, rassembler les chutes de p\u00e2te, formez une boule et l\u2019\u00e9taler \u00e0 nouveau avant de d\u00e9couper d\u2019autres sabl\u00e9s. Ainsi de suite jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ne plus avoir de p\u00e2te ! <br>Si la p\u00e2te devient un peu molle au fur et \u00e0 mesure du d\u00e9coupage, ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 la mettre 15 min au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur afin qu&#8217;elle durcisse un peu. Il sera ainsi plus facile de d\u00e9couper et d\u00e9tacher les coeurs dans la p\u00e2te.<br>Disposer les sabl\u00e9s sur des feuilles de papier cuisson ou de silicone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettre au four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (356\u00b0 F) pendant 8 \u00e0 10 min (surveiller la cuisson).<br>Sortir du four et laisser refroidir les sabl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tartiner les sabl\u00e9s entiers (non trou\u00e9s) avec la confiture choisie.<br>Poudrer de sucre glace les sabl\u00e9s trou\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il ne reste plus qu\u2019\u00e0 les assembler.<br>D\u00e9poser d\u00e9licatement les sabl\u00e9s avec le c\u0153ur sur les sabl\u00e9s garnis de confiture en appuyant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pour faire remonter la garniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conservation<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces sabl\u00e9s se conservent quelques jours \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante dans une bo\u00eete en fer ou herm\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
