Product Description

Flour produced in France with 100% French wheat and obtained by milling soft wheat from CRC® crops. This groat flour made from soft wheat is ideal for making flaky yeast doughs for viennoiseries and pastries. Its high protein content gives it extraordinary leavening capabilities, allowing it to make croissants, pain au chocolat, brioches, sandwich breads or Viennese breads, rich in fat, sugar and eggs. A symbol of French know-how, the artisanal pastries are enhanced by a high-quality raw material: Foricher wheat groats.

Tips for use and storage
