A multi-purpose type 45 white flour that simplifies everyday cooking, and creates tasty recipes both savory and sweet. Compared to type 55 flour, it is a little more fluid, it contains more gluten and swell more.

It is packaged in a practical, resealable and leak-proof pack format, which allows optimal preservation of the product, easy handling and better pouring thanks to its easy opening and graduated gauge.

This pack does not replace paper bags. Francine is committed to a recyclable pack, consisting of a cardboard case from responsible sources, and a cap made from sugar cane residue*.
