Grand Siècle Campaillette flour is a 100% wheat T65 flour, ideal for making an exceptional traditional French baguette with a creamy, melting and very honeycombed crumb, slightly sweet and long in the mouth. Its crust is golden, crispy and floured (according to the implementation recommended on the back of the bag). Grand Siècle flour is additive-free and is characterized by a very good preservation of the breads. With its good taste and natural grigne, the “Campaillette Grand Siècle” baguette is a must for breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas or dinners!
