Product Description

A T80 wheat flour ground by a stone grinding process which brings a light, moderately honeycombed and bis crumb, and which gives a pleasantly authentic charm to the preparations. The crust of the bread has a toasted appearance that encourages purchase and tasting. This flour for baker’s bread can be used for all forms of bread: baguettes, cobblestones, balls or pies, especially for making sandwiches.
