Product Description

An “”all-terrain”” bread-making product that adapts to all types of dough, and makes it possible to make baguettes, special breads, pastries, brioches or sandwich loaves safely. Thanks to its unique composition, it guarantees volume and regularity of products, greater consistency and tolerance of the pastes.

A dosage according to the products made is recommended:

  • for BAGUETTES: 0.3% to 0.5%
  • for special breads: 0.7 to 1%
  • for brioches and pastries: 1%
