Product Description

A type 45 all-purpose flour, which makes it possible to make all liquid doughs. As its name suggests, fluid flour is particularly easy to work with because it forms far fewer lumps than conventional flour. It is therefore the ideal flour for pancake batters, waffles, donuts, clafoutis, pastry cream or roux and sauces. It is packaged in a recyclable box.
