100% French wheat flour crushed on stone millstones, ideal for making country, rustic or cereal breads.
Wheat flour from CRC® crops crushed on stone millstones. Flour produced in France with 100% French wheat. Flour specially adapted for making farmhouse or cereal breads. Stone-milling is the miller’s ancestral technique. Wheat flour milled in T80 retains more minerals, fiber and vitamins (germ). The result is a bread with high nutritional value. It has a fine crust, a soft texture and a cream-colored crumb.

“Bise” flour is nourishing and rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins from the grain husk. It is ideal for “dark” baked products.
The possibility of cold pointing and kneading with a mixer or oblique axis makes this bise flour easy to use.
Ideal at any time of the meal (with raw vegetables, meats, cheese), but also at breakfast with jam or honey.
