Flour produced in France with 100% French wheat, and obtained by milling soft wheat from CRC® crops. Wheat flour ideal for making French Tradiron baguettes, with a creamy crumb and a thin, crispy crust. It is the perfect ally for baking and a balanced diet with its good fiber and carbohydrate content. Flour having obtained the “Label Rouge” certification.
