Flour milled from CRC® wheat. Made in France with 100% French wheat. White wheat flour specially adapted to cooking and pastry recipes. It gives a light, airy texture to preparations. A few examples of use… Cooking: crêpes, breadcrumbs, roux, sauces and soufflés. Choux pastry: choux pastries, éclairs, gougères, Paris-Brest, religieuses, St-Honoré. Crumbly pastries (mainly tarts): Pâte brisée, sablée or sucrée. Dry cookies: Christmas cookies, dry cakes. Yellow or beaten dough (emulsion of sugar and eggs added to flour): cakes, sponge cakes, madeleines, pound cakes. Easy to work with, T55 wheat flour is an indispensable ally for amateurs and professionals alike.

Tips for use and storage
