Bakery Distribution Warehouse team was happy to welcome everyone to Call Me Gaby in Miami Beach on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, to discover Foricher flours through a tasting of breads and viennoiseries made with these high-level French flours.
This convivial moment was sublimated by the expertise and talent of head baker Guillaume Dagoreau. Thanks to his mastery of artisanal techniques and his passion for baking, Guillaume was able to transform the excellent Foricher flours into delicious and authentic creations. His crusty breads and melt-in-the-mouth viennoiseries delighted our taste buds and demonstrated the richness of Foricher products. Vincent Pavec from Moulins Foricher was also with us to explain different types of flour and give invaluable advice to users and future users.
