Product Description
Foricher T130 rye flour is milled from rye grains grown under CRC® conditions. This flour contains a significant proportion of rye bran, giving it a darker color and more pronounced flavor than traditional wheat flour. This flour is used to make rye breads or “tourtes” with a dark, dense crumb and a rustic, slightly acidic and sometimes slightly sweet taste due to the natural characteristics of rye. Bread can have a color from light to dark brown, depending on the percentage of rye flour used. Rye flour breads are well-know for their superior nutritional properties.
