A mix of seeds including sesame, brown and yellow flax, millet and blue poppy to make multigrain breads with a crunchy texture and rich flavor. The seeds can be used with wheat flour or a mixture of flours such as wholemeal flour, rye flour, etc. This combination of seeds also enriches bread with essential nutrients such as fiber, omega-3 and minerals.

Tips
