Flour produced by milling wheat CRC®. Made in France with 100% French wheat. T65 flour is specially adapted to bread-making, and is ideal for making traditional French breads such as baguettes, with their cream-colored, honeycombed crumb, crisp crust and authentic flavor. Label Rouge flour.
