T150 flour, also known as integral flour, is a wholemeal flour that retains the entire wheat grain, including bran and germ. Foricher “Brun plaisir” flour is made from wheat grown exclusively in France and stored without insecticides. Ideal for making rustic breads, nutritious pastries and healthy culinary preparations, T150 flour brings authentic texture, taste and flavor to breads and other recipes.
