Product Description

Foricher T55 pastry flour is milled from soft wheat, and produced in France from 100% French wheat. T55 flour is an essential ingredient in cooking and pastry-making, appreciated for its versatility and ability to produce consistent, high-quality results. It enables recipes to be faithfully reproduced.
Its composition produces light textures, and T55 can be used in a variety of applications:
– Pastry: cakes, tarts, cookies and fine pastries.
– Bakery: classic breads, brioches and viennoiseries.
– Cooking: pancakes, pie doughs and other culinary preparations requiring quality flour.

Not suitable for making Traditional French bread.

Tips

T55 flour absorbs liquids well, producing supple, malleable dough with good elasticity for easy kneading and rising.

Its fine, homogeneous texture makes it suitable for a wide variety of recipes, both sweet and savory, all day long.
