Foricher T55 pastry flour is milled from soft wheat, and produced in France from 100% French wheat. T55 flour is an essential ingredient in cooking and pastry-making, appreciated for its versatility and ability to produce consistent, high-quality results. It enables recipes to be faithfully reproduced.
Its composition produces light textures, and T55 can be used in a variety of applications:
– Pastry: cakes, tarts, cookies and fine pastries.
– Bakery: classic breads, brioches and viennoiseries.
– Cooking: pancakes, pie doughs and other culinary preparations requiring quality flour.

Tips
